The Sloane Square project transformed a derelict one-bedroom flat through intensive design and construction management, delivering a complete residential renovation within an ambitious eight-week timeframe. Complex challenges including spatial constraints, leasehold restrictions, and intricate service requirements were strategically navigated.

The design approach prioritised intelligent spatial planning, seamlessly integrating functional requirements such as bespoke bedroom storage and a compact kitchen with luxury finishes and interior design. Precise project management and full control over construction enabled the rapid transformation from initial concept to finished residency, demonstrating our ability to deliver comprehensive architectural solutions under tight constraints.
